You talk to an independent roofing provider in our network. That provider runs its own business, sets its own prices, and does its own work. Anthonythousand Roofing is not on the roof and is not part of your contract.

We keep it this way on purpose. You should always know who is responsible for the job, and that is the provider.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Once your request is sent, a provider contacts you. Expect questions about your roof, its age, and any leaks or storm damage. The provider may offer to visit your home.

Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and wait for a reply.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions protect you. Ask each one out loud, and write down the answers.

• Are you licensed and insured? A good answer is a clear yes, with proof you can see. A red flag is "we will send it later" or a shrug.
• Can I have a written quote? A good answer lists materials, scope, and price. A red flag is a number scribbled on a card.
• Who will be on my roof? A good answer explains who does the work. A red flag is a dodge.
• What does the warranty cover? A good answer puts it in writing. A red flag is a promise made only by word of mouth.
• How will you protect my home during the job? A good answer covers cleanup, tarps, and debris.

Red Flags to Watch For

Do not sign if someone pressures you to decide today. Do not pay the full price upfront. Do not accept a door-knock offer after a storm without checking the business first. Do not climb up to inspect the roof yourself.

You Are in Control

You can say no. You can ask for more time. You can talk to more than one provider and compare written quotes. A good provider will not mind.
