How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Anthonythousand Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Anthonythousand Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please note that Anthonythousand Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@anthonythousand.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
